Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Returns

In any approved return cases, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed after we have received the returned goods in their original condition as sent out.

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
